Licence Terms

UBC requires tenants to make a commitment to a 12 month licence, however, businesses can take licences up to 3 or 5 years if they prefer to have the greater certainty of having a longer office solution term.
Break clauses can be included to accommodate an occupiers need to move to larger offices as their business expands.
Office suites start from £50 per week all inclusive dependent on the size of the office required and the number of workstations that a business needs to accommodate. Individual room rates are available on request.
Room rates charged for each office include the provision of services such as heating, electricity, water rates, refuse disposal and security. The UBC is VAT registered, and the majority of our small offices have the benefit of 100% Small Business Rates Relief up until October 2012.
Occupiers are responsible for Business Rates which are payable to South Lakeland D.C. based on office space occupied.
A site visit with a member of the Management Team is recommended in order to identify the right space for your business.
