The registered address is 568 Green Lanes, Palmers Green, London N13 5RZ. You will find us registered with the ICO, registration reference ZA466694.

We offer Serviced Offices, and Flexible space which includes working space and meeting rooms. We are also know by our brand name “Ulverston Business Centre”. Types of data we collect

Signing up to our services 

If you want to sign up to one of our services we will collect your personal and company information. We will use this to sign you up, administer your account and provide the service to you or your company. We may also use this to send you communications that may be of interest to you and seek your views or comments on the services we provide. You are able to unsubscribe to mailings at any time if they are no longer of interest to you. We may also contact you to notify you of any changes to our services.

Enquiries and Mailing Lists

As part of the registration process for enquiries, we collect personal information via an application form. We use that information for the following reasons: to provide you with the information you asked for; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information, to meet our requirements under Money Laundering regulations.  We may contact you by email and phone.

We do not disclose or sell our lists to anyone else.

Events

From time to time we may organise networking events. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details outside of the group attending the event..

Wi-Fi

When you use our Wi-Fi in our business centres, we will collect the device name you use to connect. This information is not stored and only used for connection. At Ulverston Business Centre, our Wi-Fi collects the guest’s name and email address. This is used for connection and reporting purposes and is retained for 90 days.

Website and Cookies

The Website uses cookies to track a user’s recent activity, last visit and general site movements. These contain no personally identifiable information. We use third party services to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

CCTV

Our business centres are monitored by 24 hour CCTV. The CCTV is in place for security of our building and isonly used for this purpose.  Only the common parts of the building is subject to CCTV surveillance for occupier and landlord security purposes. The CCTV data is backed up an onsite recorder and no cloud based back up is maintained.

Our CCTV systems are protected by firewalls and anti-virus software, and can be accessed remotely only by the company directors via third party software with secured password access.

Who will your information be shared with and where will it be stored?

Your information will be shared with some third party processors who we use for storage and business management. These include CRM systems and cloud storage systems. We do ensure that any third parties we use for this reason are GDPR compliant.

Ulverston Properties Limited may also share your information with other companies if there is a need to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Licence Agreements and Building Management Regulations, or as otherwise required by law.

Our retention periods vary dependant on the service you are using. However, we will only keep the information for as long as necessary or as required by law.
