Wi-Fi

Guest Wi-Fi data is normally retained for up to 90 days, unless we need to keep it longer for security, legal or investigation purposes.
CCTV
CCTV operates in common areas of our premises for security, safety, crime prevention and the protection of people, property and business operations.
CCTV is not used in private offices, toilets or areas where people would reasonably expect privacy.
Footage is stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel. We may share CCTV footage with the police, insurers, legal advisers or other appropriate parties where necessary and lawful.
CCTV footage is normally retained for up to 30 days, unless it is required for an investigation, legal claim, insurance matter or other lawful purpose.
Signs are displayed on site to inform visitors, tenants and staff that CCTV is in operation.
