LICENCE TERMS
- Coworking membership starts from £99 +VAT per month, all-inclusive.
- Private offices start at £60 +VAT per week for a 12-month licence term. Businesses can also have the certainty of having a longer-term office solution by signing extended licence periods if they prefer.
- We ask that occupiers provide their own dedicated broadband solution in Private Offices but make available the UBC Wifi as an alternative in the Coworking Room and Meeting Rooms.
- The onsite management will be delighted to arrange a viewing in order to identify the right space for your business.
- Private Office room rates charged include the provision of services such as heating, electricity, water rates, refuse disposal and security and 24/7 access to the Business Centre.
- Coworking terms are restricted to Monday to Friday usage.
- Private Office occupiers are responsible for Business Rates which are payable directly to South Lakeland District Council based on office space occupied. The majority of occupiers benefit from 100% Small Business Rate Relief (SBRR), and so nil charge is payable.
- Minimum 12 month terms. No surprises. Fixed Price.
- Private Office occupiers have access to the use of two free meeting rooms for pre-booked meetings.

Option 1: LIMITED ACCESS = 2 Days per week/8 days per month. Rolling 1 month commitment – £99 + VAT Per Month
Option 2: UNLIMITED ACCESS = 5 Days per week/20 days per month. Rolling 1 month commitment – £199 +VAT Per Month
Option 3: UNLIMITED ACCESS = 5 Days per week/20 days per month. Min 3 months commitment – £179 +VAT Per Month
